Minotaur offers user conferences to help Minotaur users update their skills and learn the latest in developments from Minotaur. It also provides the opportunity to network with other customers within the industries we serve. The cost to attend is included in the annual Minotaur agreement, so you can send any staff you feel would benefit from the day.

This session will review a new Minotaur tool for managing customer orders for the same product when the product is in short supply.

This session will discuss our new small business plant floor weighing and labelling system, Catchmate.
10:45-11:00 The Future of Plant Floor Communication Presented by Roger Kirkness
This session will discuss the future of plant floor communication technologies as it relates to Minotaur.
11:00-11:15 Realworld Communications – What’s new in printers, scanners and tablet hardware
Paul Brannigan, President of Realworld Communications (a long-time Minotaur hardware partner) will update you on what’s new in plant floor and warehouse management hardware including printers, tablets and scanners as well as networks to get the information in your business connected.

11:30-12:00 Pivot Tables and Excel Spreadsheets that draw LIVE data from your Minotaur system
Presented by Judith Kirkness
Judith has presented on using Excel PivotTables to view your Minotaur data in a number of ways. This was always using data from a point in time (importing a report and then Pivoting). In this session, we’ll show how Microsoft Excel can be set up to read data live from your Minotaur system so that every time you refresh, your Excel sheet updates.

Minotaur uses a Canadian email marketing solution called Simplycast to create and send out our customer and prospect newsletters. There are many advantages including knowing who has opened them, safe unsubscribe, and messages that look great on big screens and mobile. Judith will show how you too can use Simplycast with Minotaur data to create professional marketing messages to your contacts.

Take this opportunity to meet with your project manager to discuss your Minotaur System. We are offering free 20 minute one-on-one sessions with your project manager.

This session will discuss key fields and table structures in addition to generating simple list reports from your Minotaur system.
2:30-4:00 Flexible Report Writer-Level 2 Presented by Victor Boersma
This session will provide an opportunity to review programming needed to address specific reporting tasks you are interested in. Come prepared with your questions.
