Richard leads the programming staff in developing the system to meet new requirements and incorporates new technologies to ensure the system stays up to date and relevant to the customers we serve.
EVP, Senior Project Manager
In addition to acting as a Project Manager helping new customers implement systems and existing customers grow their system as their needs change, Terry is also Minotaur’s EDI specialist, providing on-site support, program modifications, technical and user support. Terry has developed a wide range of program applications, and especially enjoys helping customers integrate their Minotaur system with other systems they want to communicate with.
Senior Project Manager
Prior to joining Minotaur in 2000, Victor spent fifteen years as the Senior IT Manager at a Fortune 500 company. Victor helps customers successfully implement their Minotaur system, including analysis of the customers process, training, customization specification and development, implementation of the system and on-going support. He also designs new program concepts in helping the system adapt to changing regulations and trends.
Prior to joining Minotaur in 2012, Linda held a consulting role on-site at a Minotaur meat processing customer. She was responsible for implementing the full suite of the Minotaur Business system, including handheld scanning, having done so before for another company in the industry. Previously, Linda has held a variety of operations management roles for leading food manufacturers, managing the full range of activities, from purchasing, inventory management and production to shipping. Linda leverages her extensive food industry experience to help customers implement the Minotaur system successfully, providing training, process consulting and ongoing support to make sure our customers get the most from their system. Linda is fully bilingual.
VP, Sales and Principal Consultant
Judith focuses the Sales Team on helping future Minotaur customers make the right buying decision for their company and their individual needs. This involves pursuing markets where our years of experience in solving business problems can be used to improve the bottom line results for our customers.
She is constantly evaluating our existing client’s needs to build long term relationships for mutual success. Judith believes strongly in ethical sales and is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA). She is also an active member of Women in Food Industry Management Association, where she served as a Board Member for five years. Being involved in industry focused professional organizations allows her to continually extend her network and keep up to date on industry trends, ensuring that Minotaur’s offering evolves to meet the changing requirements of the industries we serve.
Sr. Sales Consultant & Engineer

As part of the sales team, Wendy works with existing and potential customers helping to map out and understand their requirements. She also demonstrates the Minotaur system and how it can be the tool to help them manage their business. Through listening to and interpreting customer needs and goals, she is able to guide clients along the path to achieve one system that can meet their business needs now and as they grow.
Having worked in a chemical manufacturing environment, she is very familiar with batch production and product specification tracking, common requirements in the food and chemical industries. Wendy also provides ongoing user training and data loading services. Send her your challenges and she will show you how Minotaur can help solve them.
Michelle’s responsibilities include office administration, customer training, user support and user documentation. Michelle is also Minotaur’s resident payroll expert, providing consulting and support services to Minotaur customers running the Payroll module.
Prior to joining Minotaur in 2001, Liz spent over ten years working for two different food and beverage industry leaders. Liz was responsible for operations, from purchasing through production and all the way to shipping. Liz once lead the implementation of the Minotaur system from the customer perspective, before joining Minotaur. Liz uses this practical experience to help Minotaur project managers in implementing for Minotaur customers and is responsible for developing system forms and reports, as well as the quality control and assurance process of testing new builds and delivering updated builds to customers.
Walter is Judith and Richard’s son and joined Minotaur in 2017 after completing his chemical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo co-op program. During his co-op work terms, he took positions at both chemical and food manufacturing companies to gain experience in the industries Minotaur serves. Walter is currently focused on programming, but is also getting experience working with customers.
Prior to joining Minotaur in 1992, Al spent over 27 years working in the laboratories of International Business Machines (IBM) developing computer hardware. Al’s time at IBM included time spent visiting customers in the field to debug and upgrade their systems, something he continues to do for Minotaur customers. Al is responsible for all facets of hardware and information technology at Minotaur, from managing our in-house information technology to providing hardware consulting services to customers based on his decades of industry expertise. Fun facts: Al and a partner owned the original Pizza Pizza restaurant franchise and Al has five grandchildren.
