Minotaur User Conference

2020/21 Update

We don’t anticipate being able to offer an in-person user conference again this year due to COVID-19 and the staggered roll out of vaccines. We hope you, your staff and your family all stay safe as we navigate this pandemic and look forward to having vaccines accessible to all. We are grateful to our customers and their staff who are working hard to keep the food flowing to all of us during this challenging time.

As many of us are ‘Zoomed’ out, instead of trying a virtual conference, we’ve begun issuing user tips on a regular basis called The Minotaur Minute. These are short bursts of micro-learning you can absorb in under 10 minutes. Minotaur users are encouraged to email us at [email protected] to be added to the Minotaur Minute email list.

What happened in Vegas returned to help our customers get more out of their Minotaur investment…


“I had a great time attending the Minotaur User Conference held in Las Vegas.  The  Minotaur Team shared some great information about the features that will benefit our company moving forward. 

It was valuable hearing how other Customers from across North America are currently using certain features and gave me ideas on a couple of things we could incorporate. 

It was also great talking socially with other Customers and the Minotaur Team as we shared meals together before during and after the conference.  Normally when the conference is over everyone rushes to head home.  While in Las Vegas we spent time together after the conference was over, visiting the Shark Reef Aquarium, and watching the lights come on as the sun set as a group. 

It was a great experience.”
