Minotaur’s annual user conference is fast approaching and you won’t want to miss out, so be sure to register early to reserve your spot.Join us for the day and learn more about your Minotaur system, network with other Minotaur customers and take advantage of our hands-on training session.This one day event will give you the opportunity to check out new developments in Minotaur technology as well as give you a glimpse into the direction we are taking in the future.We will also be offering a hands-on training session.The user conference is open to all employees of your organization at no charge as one of the benefits of our annual licensing and maintenance agreement.
Conference Agenda8:00–9:00 am Hot Breakfast9:00-9:10 Welcome & introductions9:10-10:00 Did You Know: This session will explore features that may be in your current system that you may not be aware of or have forgotten. The focus will be on tools for improving productivity and the overall user experience.
10:00-10:30 Minotaur Configurations: Business requirements continue to change and your Minotaur system needs to adapt to help you meet those changes. In this session, we’ll review many Minotaur add-on options that we’ve developed that your company might benefit from.
10:30-10:45 Morning Break
10:45-11:05 Positive Release System: With our customers facing increasing requirements to track quality control information and produce it on demand for customers, certification program audits, inspectors and for certificates of analysis, Minotaur has responded with enhanced QC functionality. In this session, we’ll share enhanced lot attributes features and how they can be used to control release of products.
11:05-11:20 Minotaur Development Path: Join Minotaur’s Roger Kirkness for a presentation on the future of Minotaur’s tools and services. Roger will discuss Minotaur’s product road map for future additions to the Minotaur system, which is based on the wish list we maintain from customer feedback and experience.
11:20-11:50 Minotaur Customer Success Stories: Getting the most from your Minotaur investment means using the system to remove duplicate entry, whether it be advanced features inherent in the Minotaur program or by integrating with other systems, such as plant equipment, your bank, your shipper or your warehouse etc. In this session, Judith will interview some Minotaur customers about how they have removed manual and duplicate tasks and are getting the most of their system in the areas most relevant to their company.
11:50-12:30 Pivot Table Presentation: In this workshop, we’ll take an in depth look at manipulating data in Excel. Using the customer item profitability report from Minotaur, you’ll learn how to create charts and pivot tables that look great and allow staff not familiar with Minotaur reports to analyze your data in a number of ways.
12:30-1:45 pm Lunch
1:45-4:45 User Defined Sales Report Writing (hands-on training session): This workshop will take you through using filters and subtotals to create sales reports sorted how you want and displaying only the columns of information you need. You have the option to use your personal laptop or tablet with wireless remote desktop capabilities or to use a Minotaur provided PC. Please indicate your preference. 1:45-5:00 One-On-One Sessions with your Project Manager: For those not attending the training session, project managers will be available for 15 minute one-on-one sessions to discuss your system. To ensure that you get the opportunity to meet with your project manager we ask that you pre-book a time.
